As usual, the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency hosted the Project Coordinators’ Meeting to kick-off the new set of projects under the Key-Action 3 (Support to Policy Reforms) in the field of Social Inclusion. ouRoute was there!

Held in Brussels at the Agency’ facilities, on the 4th and 5th of February, the meeting gathered the promoters of more than 30 actions, including the ouRoute – Citizen-Cultural Heritage.

The meeting’s format was very diversified, comprised by plenary sessions about the political context for the call and social inclusion projects, sessions for clarification and provision of practical guidelines for the management and financial aspects of the projects as well as activities aimed at fostering the collaborative work among participants. Additionally, bilateral meetings where also organised between project coordinators and the officers of the Executive Agency.
